项目名称：智能彩色扫描地形图图像处理算法研究

项目简介：
本项目自2010年起先后获得了多项国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金和中国博士后面上基金等项目支持，致力于研究大幅面、低质量彩色扫描地形图智能图像处理算法。针对扫描地形图中存在的诸多难点与挑战逐一攻关，解决了地理要素中的线要素自动提取、点状符号自动检测与识别、文字自动编组、地理要素自动分割等多方面长期存在的问题，很大程度上完备了彩色扫描地形图地理要素提取与处理研究领域的理论基础，主要完成内容如下：
提出了能量密度滤波器、混合对立高斯滤波器、色彩混合程度模型等概念和模型，完成了在大尺度复杂背景条件下线要素的准确提取与分割。
提出了线性广义霍夫变换模型，实现了对彩色扫描地形图中不可分离的点状符号的精确检测与识别。
将图模型的建立与有条件化简的思想引入到扫描地形图文字编组任务中，实现了大幅面扫描地形图中复杂文字注记的自动编组，尤其对距离较远的文字注记编组具有明显的优势。
针对大幅面地形图分割较慢的问题，提出了基于随机概率采样、基于线要素对象等分割算法，大幅度降低了计算复杂度，解决了大幅面地形图中不同地理要素的快速准确分割问题。
将超像素分割应用到地形图分割领域，并提出了一系列不规则超像素生成及分类方法，在保持边缘附着能力的同时，增加了区域的局部信息表达能力，有效克服了噪声干扰，提高了分割准确性。
